What makes Bravely Coffee different?

We are a family-run, ultra-micro roaster in Sacramento, California. We roast in very small batches and prepare each order with a focus on freshness, warmth, and coffee that feels welcoming—not pretentious.

Is your coffee roasted to order?

Yes. We typically roast and prepare orders within 24–48 hours. This is preparation time; delivery or carrier transit time follows.

Can I choose my roast level?

Yes. Choose Light, Medium, or Dark on the product page. Because we roast to order, every roast choice draws from the same available green-coffee inventory.

How much coffee is in each bag?

Each retail bag contains 12 ounces of roasted whole-bean coffee.

What coffees do you regularly offer?

Our table usually includes an African coffee, a Latin American coffee, and a water-process decaf. We also offer rotating limited releases in smaller quantities. Origins, farms, producers, and processes may change as fresh lots become available.

What does “Limited Release” mean?

These are smaller or less regularly available lots. Once the current green coffee is gone, that particular release may not return.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Local delivery is available within 15 miles of Rancho Cordova. Delivery costs $10 for orders under $40 and is free for orders of $40 or more. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. We offer secure lockbox pickup in Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. The precise pickup location is not displayed publicly. You will receive the applicable location and access instructions through checkout and the ready-for-pickup process.

Do you ship coffee?

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated for your address at checkout. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

What if my first bag is not right for me?

Coffee is personal. Please use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us what you would like changed. We will work with you to remake the coffee and roast a new bag better suited to your preference.
